Returns within 30 days
You can return unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners attached.
Final sale, for hygiene reasons
The following can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or are not what you ordered:
- briefs, thongs and other bottoms, including the bottom half of a set
- bodysuits and teddies
- bodystockings
- hosiery, stockings and tights
- anything marked Final Sale on its product page
How to return
Email hello@lademimonde.com with your order number and the pieces you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us, because returns sent without instructions can't be traced to your order.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the piece is faulty or wrong. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, and you won't pay to send it back.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
