Overview
This website is operated by Demi-monde. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Demi-monde. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order.
Products and colour
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Some imagery is styled editorially, and colours can look different on different screens. The product page's description, materials and size chart are the reference for each piece.
Sizing
Each piece carries its own size chart, published by its maker. Please check it before ordering, because sizing differs between styles.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including one placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund it in full.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Stock is held by our makers, so a piece may occasionally sell out after you order. If that happens, we'll tell you and refund that item.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We never see or store your full card details. Your card statement will show LDM.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All imagery, text and design on this site belong to Demi-monde or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
