Free shipping over $50

Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $7.95.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Timing

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and arrive by USPS, typically 2–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Discreet delivery

Every order arrives in plain, unbranded packaging, with nothing on the outside to say what's inside or where it's from. Your card statement will show LDM, not the name of the store.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or it shows delivered and you can't find it, email hello@lademimonde.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
